My name is Ana Lúcia do Vale, and for over 22 years I have dedicated myself to aesthetics and wellbeing, combining scientific knowledge, sensitivity, and human-centred care.
My training in integrative orthomolecular health taught me to see the body as a whole, respecting its language, rhythm, and personal history. Rather than following trends, I seek to understand the deeper physical, emotional, and functional causes that influence the skin, the body, and overall balance.
